Pre-Order Questions.

What happens if I order products both for pre-order and in stock products in the SAME order?

Because of the way our shipping costs work, if an order contains both pre-order and in stock items, the order will NOT be dispatched until ALL of the products are in stock. Any in stock items will be reserved for your order but will not be dispatched until the release of the pre-order items.

If you would like the in stock items before this date, it is always best practice to place more than one order. If you would like to split the order after the fact, please get in touch with us via our contact email hello@megacards.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Please keep in mind that this may incur additional postage charges.

Will a pre-order guarantee my item?

If you pre-order with us it means you have secured that product. We will ship your item on day of release and all pre-orders will receive our express shipping option as standard!

Pre-ordering is a fantastic way to protect yourself from missing out of any high demand items selling out on day of release or short supply.

We will only list products on our website as 'available to pre-order' if we are guaranteed the stock ourselves.

I have pre-ordered but would like to cancel my order. Can I get my money back?

Yes of course. If you would like to cancel your pre-order you can do so without fuss provided we have not shipped your order and we will refund you the full amount. Please note it may take a few days for your refund to process from when we issue the refund. If you would like to cancel an item/items you have pre-ordered, please get in contact with our team via email: hello@megacards.co.uk and will promptly assist you from there.

If your order has shipped, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after purchase provided it meets the criteria as described in our returns policy which can be found here.

When do you take payment for pre-orders?

All payments made are taken at the point of order, and not when the pre-ordered products are released.

Questions about orders that have been placed.

I would like to cancel my order. How do I and will it cost me to do so?

Yes you can cancel and no it will not cost you to do so. Provided your order has not been shipped, we can easily sort this out for you. Simply get in contact with us via our email hello@megacards.co.uk and our team will promptly assist you from there.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be shipped in accordance with the delivery option you chose at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however in the unlikely case we are unable to, we will state otherwise on our website or contact you directly to update you on your order.

Can I add to an order I have already placed?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to add to an order you have already placed. With the way our inventory and payment systems work, once an order has been placed and confirmed it cannot be amended.

However, if you contact our email hello@megacards.co.uk we will try and find a way to accommodate you the best we can.

I have made a mistake with my delivery address. How can I fix this?

Please note that updating your address in the accounts area after your order has been placed will not change the address used to place the order.

How do I get free delivery?

Free delivery is available for all orders placed over £75. All orders over £75 will also receive our fastest delivery option (1-3 Days) You can see all our delivery information here.

Despatch within 24 hours. What does that mean?

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours meaning that we will pick and pack your order within 24 hours of you placing your order.

In the highly unlikely event we are unable to do this, we will contact you and update you about the status of your order.

When does my order get despatched?

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. This means we will pick, pack and send your tracking number to you within 24 hours.

Once you have your tracking number you will be able to see the progress of delivery of your order through the courier tracking service (Usually Royal Mail)

In the highly unlikely event we are unable to do this, we will contact you and update you about the status of your order.
