We have an easy to follow returns guide which is explained below. Please read through the terms and conditions of returns to see what criteria your order meets:

If you choose to cancel your order of items after they have left our store (In most circumstances within 24 hours) you will have to return the package back to us unopened and in the condition you have received it. We cannot accept opened items for example an opened pack of Pokémon cards. If you cancel your order after it has left us, we are not responsible for any delivery charges that incur to return your order to us. To process refunds we will also require we receive the goods back before we issue a refund or exchange. To make sure that your items return to us safely, we would strongly suggest using a recorded and tracked courier service which is insured against loss or damage. We are not responsible for any items which are lost in transit or damaged via the return postage.

We offer a 14 day Returns policy, giving you up to two weeks in certain situations to cancel your order. Full details can be found below. When returning an item please include your order number or confirmation email so we are able to process your return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to one month from the date you receive it

1. When Returning An Item:

1.1. If you would like to return your order, you must be aware of the following;

a.) We offer a 14 day Returns policy, giving you up to two weeks to cancel your order. Items can be returned for any reason until 14 days after receiving them. If a product is damaged or faulty, you have again 14 days from receiving the goods however, the sooner you can let us know about the damaged goods, the easier it will be for us to refund or replace the product.

b.) ANY sealed products must be returned unopened, unused and in the original condition the item was sent in.

c.) If you would like to return a product because you no longer want the product, the return postage costs must be covered by yourself.

d.) If there is some damage or missing items to the contents of your product and it is a sealed item, (for example, poor print quality on a Pokémon card received from a sealed pack of cards) this should first be tried to be resolved with the manufacturer as we are unable to send replacement parts for sealed products. If you find it difficult to get in touch with the manufacturer, contact our email hello@megacards.co.uk and we will try our best to assist you.

e.) If you wish to return items back to us for an exchange, we will take into account the cost of delivery. Items must be returned to us in the conditions stated above before we are able to offer an exchange.

1.2 If you return a product and it does not meet the requirements outlined in our policies, we may not be able to offer a refund. If you are unsure if you can return an item, please get in touch with a member of our support team, who can best advise you on how to return your item.

1.3 To return an item to us then please contact us via our email hello@megacards.co.uk and submit your questions to us and we will try everything we can to resolve the issue before sending anything back. Please note you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

1.4 In the unlikely event we have sent you the incorrect item or something is missing from your order we will cover any charges to get the products to you ASAP, this will involve you returning the incorrectly received item first and then us dispatching the correct item back to yourself once the wrong items is back with us. If you wish to cancel an order, we advise you do so before an order is dispatched.

2. Damaged Items

2.1 At Megacards we try our utmost best during the packing stages to ensure that your order will arrive to you safely whilst in transit. We understand that although unlikely, damage may occur. If this does happen, please take as many photos of the box your order has arrived in which clearly shows any damage to your item as well as the box shipping label. Do not open the damaged product as we may still require it back if we are able to replace it. If your parcel arrives and the exterior is damaged leading you to suspect there may be internal damage before opening the parcel, please take a photo as this provides extra evidence when we submit to the courier. Without these key photos, we will be unable to raise a claim with the courier so it is very important that they are provided when you send us an email about this. Once in contact with us we may ask for specific photos of your damaged item. Any reports of damages should be sent to us within 7 days of you receiving your order from us. Anything beyond this time period we may be unable to assist you with.

 3. Missing Items

3.1 Depending on the complexity of the claim, it may take a while for the couriers/suppliers/manufacturers to investigate what has happened to your parcel. We are unable to offer any refunds/returns until the couriers/suppliers/manufacturers have made their decision. On average most of our claims are resolved within 14 days of us opening the claim, however, please allow the couriers some extra time in special circumstances or busier periods of the year.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

4.1 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Refunds

5.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6.1 Megacards provides quality products. All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All products will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated.
